Medical libraries at Helen DeVos Children's Hospital are open to the public and available to our employees and medical staff members. The Amberg Health Sciences Library at Butterworth Hospital and the Richard Root Smith Medical Library at Blodgett Hospital offer books, videocassettes, journals and a wide selection of electronic databases covering a range of topics, including medicine, surgery, nursing and health care professions.

Spectrum Health identification badge or a Michicard library card is required for signing out materials. Photocopiers are available for 10 cents per page, and computers for conducting medical research are available to the public.
